SACHETS

Need sachets for a promotion, samples or for sale. We can fill sachets with a variety of products from creams to snack foods or dry products. We have a variety of equipment that can cater for a wide range of sachet types. 

Example products include skin care, sauces, snack food, muesli, and drink powders.

Tissue Face Masks

Trugene have a Tissue Face Mask packaging capability, we can provide a turnkey solution or you can provide us with the materials and we will do the packing. We have the capability and equipment to fold and insert the face masks into the pouches, add creme and seal the pouches.

Pouches

We have a new pouch filling line and can fill premade pouches with liquids, solids and even a bit of both if you need. We can work with a wide range of pouch sizes and types and shapes,  including stand up pouches, gussets, zips and spouts.

Flow WRApping

We have flow wrapping capability that is great for wrapping food servings or non food items such as mail promotional items. Examples of flow wrapped products are muesli bars, brochures or combining multiple items into one pack. 

TUBES

We have two aluminium tube filling lines, and can fill a wide range of liquid based products such as foods - jams, sauces and skincare.
